Who's teaching

Ryan has spent over a decade as an accountant to builders, inside the real numbers: what the work earns, what it costs, and what's left at the end. Since 2019, he and the Strategiq team have been helping builders move out of client work and into developments of their own.
And he does it himself. Ryan develops duplexes and townhouses with his own money, so everything in this workshop comes from real deals, including ours.

Do I need to have a site already?
No. If you've looked at a site, bring it and we'll use it. If not, you'll still learn how to find sites that stack.
What if I can't make it live?
That's fine. Watch the replay when it suits you. Live is better, because you can ask questions. 6:00am AEDT is 5:00am in Queensland and 3:00am in Perth, so Perth builders will want the replay.
How long is the workshop?
About an hour. If you can stay a little longer, we'll take questions at the end.
